What gives to the believer the right and means to live in a fallen world, where faith is sometimes rare? It is the authority and power of Christ by His Spirit, confirmed and clearly revealed by the word of God. All authority was given to Christ by the Father, and that authority, was also given to the believer. The question then becomes, "Can the believer receive it, and use it well according to the will and purpose of God?"
